Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026 · Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TideGlowDecor LLC, doing business as Tideglow ("Tideglow", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit our website or use any of our mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the "Services"). If an app has its own privacy notice, that notice applies together with this Policy.
1. Information we collect
a) Information you give us
- Contact information, such as your name, email address and company, when you contact us or ask for support.
- Content you create or upload in our apps, such as photos, videos, audio recordings, documents or text prompts, when you use a feature that needs it.
- Account information, if an app offers accounts, such as an email address or a sign-in identifier from Apple or Google.
b) Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, performance diagnostics and how features are used.
- Identifiers: app-scoped identifiers and, only with your permission where required (for example through Apple's App Tracking Transparency), advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID).
- Website data: our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses and basic request logs for security and performance. The website doesn't use advertising cookies.
c) Purchase information
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We don't receive or store your full payment card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase, the subscription status and limited transaction metadata.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Services and their features;
- To process your content when you ask us to (for example, to enhance a photo or transcribe audio);
- To manage subscriptions, restore purchases and give customer support;
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance and quality;
- To understand aggregated usage and improve our products;
- To show advertising in free versions of some apps, subject to your consent choices;
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. AI features & your content
- On-device first. Wherever we can, AI processing runs directly on your device and your content isn't sent to our servers.
- Cloud processing. Some features need cloud-based AI models. In that case, the content you submit is sent over an encrypted connection to us or to our AI service providers only to generate the result you asked for.
- No training without consent. We don't use your photos, recordings, documents or prompts to train our own or third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in.
- Temporary storage. Content processed in the cloud is deleted automatically after processing, usually within 24 hours and never more than 30 days, unless you choose to save it in the app.
- Accuracy. AI-generated output can be inaccurate. Please review results before relying on them.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on these bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (security, analytics and product improvement), consent (personalized advertising and optional data sharing, which you can withdraw at any time) and legal obligation.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI inference and customer support, under contracts that limit how they may use it;
- With platform providers (Apple, Google) as needed to deliver apps and process purchases;
- With advertising partners in ad-supported apps, in line with your consent and device settings;
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Tideglow, our users or others;
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Third-party services & SDKs
Depending on the app, we may use third-party services such as:
| Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|
| Analytics & crash reporting | Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) |
| Advertising | Google AdMob and mediation partners |
| Subscriptions | Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat |
| Cloud AI processing | Reputable cloud AI and infrastructure providers |
| Website hosting | Cloudflare |
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Each app's App Store and Google Play listing has a "Privacy Nutrition Label" or "Data safety" section that describes its specific data practices.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Diagnostic data is kept for up to 90 days. Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and least-privilege principles. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent. You can also:
- Turn off ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; Android: Settings › Google › Ads);
- Manage app permissions (camera, microphone, photos) in your device settings;
- Delete your in-app account and data from the app settings where available, or by emailing us.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". We don't sell personal information. Where ad-supported apps use advertising identifiers in a way that counts as "sharing", you can opt out through your device settings or by contacting us. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Children's privacy
Our Services aren't directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International data transfers
Tideglow is based in the United States and works with team members and providers in other countries, including Vietnam. Your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or on this website.
